We had a ton of fun taking Ethan to a local pumpkin patch. It was huge! I was surprised at all the activities they had there. Of course there were pumpkins, but they also had farm animals, train rides, hay rides, a corn maze, kids play structures, apple cider slushies (YUMMMMMMY), and more! Ethan loved walking around and watching all of the older kids play.
And just a few more……
So week 5 has turned into what, week 8 or 9? Oh well! So this challenge was to take a macro shot. I do not own a macro lens so I had to get creative.
And just because the fall colors are so beautiful….
He had a blast, and it was a ton of fun to watch! Who wouldn’t want to roll around in cake on your birthday…..
Well, my little baby turned 1! I can’t believe it. This year has gone by so incredibly fast. I have been watching Ethan learn and grow each and every day and it just amazes me how much someone can change in such a short time. It has been a year of well, a lot of firsts! From first smile to first tooth to first steps, it has truly been an amazing year. I feel like the luckiest mom in the world!
Anyway, back to Ethan’s party. We celebrated with friends and family at the park. Ethan had a blast playing, opening presents and eating cake. It was a little strange to see him walking around just like all of the other kids. It really hit me that he is not so much a baby anymore, but a toddler and very soon (too soon!) will be just a regular kid. And now for the pics………
I couldn’t decide between these two so I’m posting both! This is a coral in Robert’s reef tank.
So I know this is a little late, but here it is. I was out of town during this week so I got way behind on well, everything…haha!
